This page is to let the public know what sort of materials we have available if they're looking for more information on environmental and solid waste issues. And don't forget that Jeff is always available to speak to groups of all sizes, using the materials below or other topics related to solid waste.

Here are some of the educational materials available from our office. If you're interested in seeing them or borrowing them from the office, call or e-mail us.

Earth to Kids
Teaches children and their families how to make buying decisions that will help save the planet. Host Jim Fyfe shows children how to evaluate products for their environmental impact, covering topics such as landfills, biodegradability and recycling. Animated segments provide valuable information about brand-name products that are poor environmental choices and suggest alternatives. Ultimately, the program creates an 'environmental yardstick' by which products can be measured. Running time: 28 minutes.
